DOC Prosecco
The Glera bunch of grapes, elongated and slightly packed with long, thin stems that hold the grapes lightly kissed by the sun, is itself as delicate and elegant as the wine it produces. It is harvested in the second part of September, together with small quantities of Verdiso and Perera grapes that are equally represented in the vineyard and important for their acidity and aroma, respectively.
